Create Mailbox & Organise Emails into Folders
Don’t let your emails to build up into an unwieldy mess; use Mail to organise and
keep track of your messages when on the go.
A mailbox is essentially a more formal name for a folder in which you can store groups of emails. You will already see many default mailboxes in the Mail app, from the inbox to VIP to flagged and those for specific email providers that you have an account with, such as Google. But if those just don’t cut it and you want to create a new mailbox, the process is easy to do.
Tap on an email provider such as Outlook or Google to view the existing mailboxes and scroll to the bottom. You will see an option for New Mailbox. Tap this; you will be prompted to give your new Mailbox a name to identify it. Name it whatever you like and tap Save. You are even able to create a mailbox within a mailbox, so you can be even more organised with your emails.
