Record a Voice Note & Send notes via SMS, Email on iPad/iPhone
You don’t have to bother with a full-on word processing program; create quick and simple notes with the iOS Notes app.
Record a voice note/ Use Siri to take a note:
Siri is an absolutely fantastic tool, and probably has more features than you first realised. For example, you can dictate a note via Siri if you don’t have time to write anything down. Activate Siri and start your sentence with “Note” followed by your message. Siri will record it and then add the result to your Notes app.For an alternative method, you can use the Voice Memo app to create a note that includes an actual recording of your voice. This is really simple to do; begin by opening up the app and then tap the Record button. This means it’s showtime, so speak your voice note. Once you are done, tap stop and your voice note shall be saved.
Share your note and Send notes via SMS & email:
There may come a time when you want to send your notes to your contacts. Saved notes can be shared from Notes to either a Message or an email. This is done by opening a note and then tapping the share icon in the top-right of the display. This will open a new menu where you can select your method of sharing. This will transfer the note contents into a new message or email.
