To see what the day has in store for you weather-wise, make sure you have the weather option turned on by going into your iPad’s Settings menu and then selecting Privacy. Under Privacy select Location Services and then toggle the green button to switch on the weather option. Now go to

Settings>Notification Center and ensure the Today Summary option is on. When you pull down on the screen for the Notification Center, you should see the weather summary for the day listed there. If not, consider going into Settings and then General>Reset and then reset all settings.

This should fix any issues regarding possible conflicts. Now ensure that all Location Services are enabled and then try again.
