If you have a disability, using a standard computing device can be a frustrating experience. You may even think that using a tablet is a waste of time. The iPad, however, holds a batch of built-in software features that can help. The following is a selection of How to Add Subtitles to Video.
Tap Settings then General from the list on the left of the screen. On the right, tap Accessibility. Near the base of the screen, tap Subtitles & Captioning. Swipe the button adjacent to Closed Captions + SDH. This also turns on subtitles and captions in the Videos app.
