Social Media Post & Status Update via Siri on iPad and iPhone
Siri isn’t just about knowing what the weather will be; discover how to use it to control all manner of features and commands.
One aspect of Siri that isn’t obvious – but is incredibly useful – is the fact that it can act as your personal status update handler for your social network output.
All you need to do is activate Siri and command it to “Post to Facebook” or “Post to Twitter” and then tell it your update. Siri will then digest your message before displaying it on the screen for your confirmation.
Once you have checked that everything is good, Siri will then ask if you are ready to post it to your feed or page. You can tell Siri to either Post the update or Cancel it. If you prefer, you can also use the touch buttons that appear on the display to determine whether the message is posted or cancelled. This is a great way of making posts while doing something else.
