Make a Call Through FaceTime on iPad
Enter the world of online video and audio calls thanks to the genius that is Apple’s FaceTime communication app
Contacting your friends with the magic that is an iPad has never been easier than it is now. With the introduction of FaceTime in 2010, users were now able to have Skype-esque conversations with your friends, all over a Wi-Fi connection. And as with most things Apple, the process is beautifully easy to do.
Open the FaceTime app and select a contact via the Favourites or Recents tabs at the bottom of the display. This will launch a FaceTime call. You can also access your complete address book via the Contacts tab. With this method you’ll need to select an entry followed by the FaceTime option to start a call. Want more? You can also command Siri to ‘FaceTime with’ followed by your chosen contact.
